Winter Coat Drive for Cass Community – Replacing the Annual Boot Drive
This year, in place of our traditional Boot Drive, Chelsea First UMC will be holding a Winter Coat Drive to support Cass Community Social Services. From Sunday, November 3 through Sunday, December 8, we will be collecting NEW winter coats for the Cass Christmas Store.
Cass Community’s programs offer unhoused men and women the opportunity to shop for Christmas gifts for their families, and this year they have specifically requested coats instead of boots. We need coats in all sizes for men, women, and children.
Please bring your new coat donations and place them on the wheeled coat rack located between the social hall and the lobby. Your generosity will help provide warmth and comfort to those in need this winter season.
