Material Girls Christmas Bazaar is Back!
Hosted at Chelsea First UMC, this beloved annual event brings joy, independence, and generosity to life for kids and families—all while supporting Faith in Action!
Now in its 17th year and part of Hometown Holidays, the Children’s Christmas Bazaar is a magical opportunity for kids (ages 4 through 6th grade) to experience the joy of giving. Children shop for meaningful, handmade gifts—each priced between $1 and $5—and wrap them with help from friendly youth “buddies.” Parents and caregivers help by filling out a shopping envelope ahead of time with names and spending limits, and then the kids take it from there!
All items are crafted with love by the Material Girls and local artisans, and 100% of the profits go to Faith in Action, helping support families in need through the holidays and beyond.
Volunteer as a Buddy!
Youth (6th grade & up) can volunteer as buddies to help children shop and wrap their gifts. Festive headgear encouraged—joy guaranteed!
