New Parent Group Launching: The Hopeful Family

April 21 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

In today’s world, parenting can feel like navigating a storm without a map. But what if we could find not only direction, but hope, through spiritual practices that ground our families in purpose and resilience?

We’re excited to invite you to be part of a new (or continuing!) Parent Group based on the book The Hopeful Family: Raising Resilient Children in Uncertain Times by Amelia Richardson Dress. This thoughtful and inspiring book introduces nine spiritual practices—like sacred readings, forgiveness, Sabbath, and generosity—that help us reframe our families’ lives around abundance, faith, and hope.

Together, we’ll explore the practical tools and meaningful insights offered in each chapter. Each session will include space for discussion, reflection, and connection as we support one another in the sacred work of parenting.

Meeting Details:
Mondays | 6:30–7:30 PM
Join us in person or via Zoom (call the church office if you want to participate via zoom)
Dates: April 7, 14, 21, 28 | May 5, 12, 19 | June 9

Whether you’re seeking spiritual encouragement, actionable parenting strategies, or just the joy of being in a community of fellow parents—this group is for you.

Let’s grow together in hope.
Because resilient children start with hopeful families.
