Put On Love – Colossians 3:12-14
The early church in Colossae was struggling with disagreements and division. The writer of the letter of Colossians reminds them to be rooted in Jesus exhibiting the behaviors of compassion, kindness, etc. and most of all love. The imagery of getting dressed is highlighted in the activities, conversation and teaching of this Messy Session. How can we choose to ‘put on’ on compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, patience, and most of all love each and every day? How do these behaviors lead to unity rather than conflict?
